What is the diagnosis?

Lentigo maligna melanoma.

The clinical image shows an irregular freckle and part of a dark-coloured nodule, 3.5 mm in depth (Clark's level 4). The dermoscopic image demonstrates rhomboid-pattern atypical network, clusters of grey dots and irregular blotches.
