Describe its characteristics
Psoriasis tends to be well demarcated and distinct; round, oval or annular in shape. It is very persistent. On elbows, knees and non-flexural sites, psoriasis has large white scales that may be picked off. Dermoscopy reveals a uniform dotted vascular pattern.
