Make a diagnosis.
Raynaud disease.
What occupation is associated with this condition?
Road worker.
Raynaud disease, or vasospasticity, may be secondary to the use of vibrating handheld tools, such as pneumatic drills and jackhammers (road workers). It is also sometimes seen in typists and professional pianists from repeated finger stress. Unlike the illustrated case, only one or two digits are usually affected in occupational disease, as it is due to localised injury to specific blood vessels.
