Porokeratosis with dermoscopic view
Describe its characteristics
Porokeratosis refers to a round or irregularly shaped patch with a scaly rim and a smooth featureless centre. A large solitary plaque may occur (porokeratosis of Mibelli), but multiple small (5 – 15 mm) patches on distal limbs are more common (disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis).
