What features distinguish this condition?
Angiokeratomas are small red or purple papules with a scaly top (figure 9a). Dermoscopy may be necessary to distinguish a solitary thrombosed angiokeratoma from a nodular melanoma. Multiple angiokeratomas are frequently seen on the labia majora and scrotum of male.
